820-3476 macbook pro RAM issue

the board beeps 3 times and the fan spins I re-flowed the ram but didn't help.
how can I find out which one of these 16 peaces is the actual problem?

Good luck. If you reflowed them and it didn't help, this could be bad RAM, bad CPU, or bad trace in the board. Total waste of time.

thanks for your help I'm not going to put hours to remove them one by one and finally find out that it's a cpu or bad trace.
