Board was liquid damaged. From a shop was already UC'ed
No visibles.

Fan spins up.
No light on USB mouse
CPU does not get hot.

Yeah, good luck with that one.....Inspect closely if you can find corrosion evidence. Could very well be an already dead CPU as is so common on these.
