820-3662 no green light no boot.

820-3662 with tons of corrosion. It has no green light and no fan spin.

PP20V_DCIN_FUSE is 3.1v (using OEM known working 85w charger)

Replaced Q7180 and D7010, no change.

Diode mode on PPBUS_G3H is 0.400 and PP3V42_G3H is 0.275

D7010 is not shorted
R7180/81 R7185/86 all measure good.

Voltages around Q7180 area:

PPDCIN_G3H = 3.1v
DCIN_ISOL_GATE_R = 3.0v
PPDCIN_G3H_INRUSH= 0v
CHGR_SGATE_DIV = 0v
CHGR_AGATE_DIV =3v
