820-3747 Short on PPBUS

.127 in diode mode on PPBUS
75.1 Ohms on PPVCC_S0_CPU

Injected 1.5V into PPBUS. Only thing that got warm is CPU. Should I assume the CPU is dead?
I pulled this board off my shelf from a little while back. Not sure on history.

Yeah, high side FET to CPU is shorted so probably dead. You can replace the CPU Vcore driver IC and FETs, but probably wasting time.
