820-3787 vcore has constantly 2.3v

CPU overheats and the OS can't boat, without the battery starts normally always, with battery it will boot into OS only if the laptop has cooled down, and crashes as soon as it warms up and has constant 2.3v on vcore.

Where to start?

ASD passes, no problems found, i'm really clueless, without a battery connected this board works perfectly.

It boots without a battery because the CPU is clocked down without it. ASD EFI and OS both pass?

We don't have ASD for this generation, the online hardware test passes, no problems found. It would be awesome to repair this board.

You were right, ASD finds no errors.

Could be U7200, U7310/20/30 or something totally else. I have not seen this before so I have no idea.
