820-4924 - Ram beep.

Customer said they "may have spilt" some drink on it.
It was still soggy.

U.S. clean then oven and now I get a ram beep, so half way there.

C7460 gives 0.076 to ground in diode.

C2731 gives me 0.539v.

I'm struggling to work out how to find the short (which I think is there). Any suggestions?

One beep or 3 beeps? 1.35V present on L7430?

L7430 = 1.205v

Which side of L7430 is that, should measure on the output side where the cap is.

It is the same on both sides.

That is correct. Probably corrosion under RAM or CPU then.
