820-4924 takes time to turn on

This was a water damaged machine with damage around Thunderbird, backlight capacitors and temperature sensor chip, cleaned and reflowed those areas but now when i turn it on, it takes around 60 seconds to chime and start, sometimes fan starts spinning but nothing happens, cpu vcore voltages comes up as soon i press power button but sometimes it takes too long to chime and turn on and sometimes just fan spins and nothing happens.
already flashed clean bios but nothing changed.

I will try it tomorrow, all sensors are readily fine in hwmonitor except for airport proximity, i guess that's because i left camera cable unconnected while running it
