Original issue was liquid damage on the resistors under the CPU R1672 R1449 R1669 R1447, replaced them and machine boots and works perfectly.
But when shut down the machine will boot up again after 5seconds or so, power button is not stuck because if I hold it down while booted the shutdown window comes up.

Any ideas?

Check PCIE_WAKE line. It is probably corrosion somewhere pulling it low or more corroded resistors/traces in the area you fixed. Crap under SMC is also possible.
