A1370 820-3024-b Turn on & off loop

Hello Everybody

I m working on 2011 macbook air 11" , when plug power cable machine turn on 3 seconds later off and turn on again and 3 seconds later off again ...

Disconnected every thing and replaced known good I/O board same problem.

Checked PPBUS_G3H ,PP3V42_G3H ,PPVRTC_G3H and other S5 lines is stable S0 lines up 3 or 5 sec. then off. When connected mouse at usb port 2 second light is up then off then turn on again.

Also tried different bios, no sign of liquid damage. CPU is worming too much but then machine turn on in 3 second but PCH is cold.

Any suggestion

These are the worst, could really be anything. Usually it does not "just" happen, so history is important.

I don't have any idea but also machine I/O board is damaged (could be relation) after replace I/O board this problems happening ..

Damaged as in liquid or fucked up by idiot?
