We have an Apple macbook pro Model A2992 that does not boot. It chimes but the screen stays dark, capslock does not have activity, no usb-c activity, and fans dont spin. the magsafe port uses 20v 4.4a and the usb-c port uses 20v 4.4a. the customer mentioned that it just died during an update,.
What could be the issue causeing this and what should we start with checking first?
