Hello Everybody

first post.

I have a 820-2915 (A?) 2011 early

before anybody says GPU, replace it or throw it in the bin, i want to point out i live on an island, called Lanzarote.
support is non existant so my conclusion is would rather spend money and resourcers, until i have found the a concrete error. and use this as a learning experience.

really doing my best to not waste your time. seen many Louis Video's, googled and applied simple logic.

http://www.powerbookmedic.com/MacBook-Pro-15-Unibody-20GHz-Core-i7-Logic-Board-p-20995-o-6019.html

So.. green light, no charge, no boot, no fan spin
no water damage and no visible damage.

so my logic tells me, i need to test the pp3 powerrail (and watching certain videos :) )
i have trouble finding the correct schematics (via my usual channels)

off cause all help is appreciated.

Regards
Daniel

Get the schematic and board view first. I cannot link you to it cause of copyright shit. Can easily be found with Google.

Get an orange light with a battery connected?

.BRD you need a board viewer software. something like LANDREX TEST LINK. google has all this and the downloads often include the board view program.
