How to make SUPER accurate Needle Point Test Leads.

This is my secrete for making really accurate test probes for my multimeter. Yes, you can buy them. Or you can make them yourself. What I've done is take some cheap Black/Red leads with a standard probe point, and 2 Med Safety pins. Cut the pins off, and solder them to the test leads with the needle point protruding about 1/4-1/2in past the end of the standard lead point. Solder with a lot of solder to keep it well attached.
Then you have a super cheap, super accurate, super pointy set of probe tips to use when proving he tiny points around your boards.
When they get blunt, just desolder and replace the tip. Simple.

Thanks
