iMac 95° at GPU

iMac from 2009. Normal work. CPU at 45° And gpu at 95°
allready check and put New compound.
Next step is to replaced heatsink?

Check if heat pipe works by heating it up and feeling if the other end gets warm.

Heatsink - 83º

Heatsink gets warm yes. Could be bad GPU or bad caps?

The 24" with 8800GS this is normal.

Could be bad heat sink. Don't put anything on the VRAM, just use some compound on the GPU. No thermal pads or anything. If still no good try another heat sink.
