SEE told me they dont have
216-XJBKA15FG but they have new
216-MJBKA15FG and they are 100% compatible. Is that correct?

Success for how long time? In my case 216-XJBKA15FG worked 2 weeks. I replaced it again and worked 1 week. How many time worked for you 216-MJBKA15FG??

Done a few, no issues. What kind of flux are you using?

Amtech NC-559 blue bottle from ebay.

Yeah Amtech flux made in USA straight from China. What do you think yourself? I had so many issues with garbage flux. It is fine if you clean in 100%, but any residue will start to conduct after a few weeks.

This also means all rework that you did with this flux is now out there slowly corroding away. I had this exact problem 5 years ago with cheap ass China flux and had to do 100s of repairs all over again

1. Use same flux and clean very well after that?
2. Use original flux from trusted provider? Any recomendation?

If you had this problem I belive could be some problem with flux, but dont understand why all 0005 chips never come back to me?

You had problems with new gpu replacment?

Pretty much all repairs were coming back when I was using that garbage China flux. Usually 2 weeks to a months for most.

What I noted in my case is iMAC first time they come to me, come with white screen or scratch on screens. When I put new GPU they always comes to me with black screen. Is that what happened to you?

Nope, these were mostly PC laptops years ago. Not many issues with iMacs right now. Just sucks to get good GPUs. But GPUs failing in 1-2 weeks is pretty certain not a GPU problem. Even the reballed fake shit will last a few months.
