iPad 11 (1st gen)

Hi,
I need some help here, please.
I have an iPad 11 (1st Gen) that came in for repair due to a “no power” problem. Upon inspection, I discovered corrosion and burned pins on the charging port. Many of the pins were damaged and shorted together.
I replaced the CD3215 and 610A3B components. Now, the device powers on when connected to a power supply and also turns on if I manually charge the battery. However, the battery itself isn’t charging.
The amp meter shows a consistent reading of 5V and 0.0324 amps.
Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on what could be causing this issue?
Thanks in advance for your help!

The CD3215 I took from a Macbook pro 2017 logic board. Are they compatible?
