Mac Pro 4.1 takes about 5 minutes to Chime first time.

Mac Pro 4.1 (Early 2009) takes about 5 minutes to chime and begin to load OS. After loading everything is ok. Also if i shut down and right after that power it it will boot normally without delay.

Things i already done:

PRAM reset
EFI upgrade
Run ASD ( no error)


Any ideas?
