macbbok air 820-3437-B not charging

have a macbook air with liquid damaged after cleaned turned on and works fine but will not charge battery, it detects it but will show as not charging, please help, thanks.

Tried known good battery? Tried known good I/O Board and I/O Flex Cable? If so, check resistance between pins 17 and 18 as well as 27 and 28 of the ISL6259.
