Hi Macbook when connected charger wont start
PPBUS_g3h 8.6v
PP3V3_G3H 3.3v
PPVRTC_G3H 3.3v
PP5V_G3H 5v
PP5V_S5 5v
PP3V3_S5 3.3v
PP3V3_SUS 3.3v
Missing S4 rails and on Bios SPI rails I have 1.5v i think should be 3.3v ,try to remove bios still showing 1.5v ,No PM_slp_s4 also

Is probably better to return it, as all A1534 bulshit.

"Bios SPI rails I have 1.5v i think should be 3.3v"
Do you mean data lines?
Because power comes from 3V3_SUS.
When PCH takes access to SPI chip, MOSI/MISO lines will drop to 0V.
Another reason to doubt about f***g micro in your case.

CPU doesn't have to get hot to be dead. CPU fails on this model at alarming rates anyways, so it's prob a lost cause

Update I found that my PPVBUS_LIO is 15v and PP1V2_S5SW 0V ,on U8130 found that P1V2S5SW_HSMUX_EN_R is only 0.5v and its coming from U3100 ,any clue ??

I fix maybe 15% of them. Unless they come in for water damage they are almost always toast! Worst product apple has ever made.
what is your resistance to ground on the CPU power rails?
You can solder off the inductors on the board and see if the short is on the CPU side. But it is...
These machines are awful.

I have ordered a stencil for these processors and copper shims to replace the crap iphone X heat conducting paste. I have the nozzle on the way for my BGA rework machine. I figured I would change a few of these processors and see if I can fix any. I have a drawer full of these boards all with CPU drama.. The processors are not that expensive but the working boards sure are!
