If battery is connected macbook turns on and works fine
I plug charger while battery connected works fine, disconnect battery while it is running still works well, restart computer without battery , it will restart fine , it just not turn on without battery, after turns on i can disconnect battery no issues :(

Disregard anything I said before. Does the Mac charge the battery? If so, then make sure you are using a known GOOD 60 or 85 watt OEM magsafe 2 charger. The 2015 Macs I have found are very finicky depending on the charger you use. Sorry for any confusion from before your post on the battery confused me when I first read it.

Green/orange light present? Using at least a 60W charger? You should only have a REAL 85W charger for testing as all MacBooks will power on from 85W.
