No 5V on DC-IN on pin 3 on J7000 (PP5V_S4RS3) (edit: that's probably not right, misread the schematic)
Was already getting no voltage on pin 3 (J7000) before I fixed PPBUS_G3H, which was shorted to ground by a blown capacitor, on the PPBUS_S5_HS_COMPUTING_ISNS line.
