[SOLVED]2016 12" Battery replacement

I'm working on a 12" MacBook, 2016 model. The battery status is 'Replace now'.

Questions
1) I can only find the 2015 model batteries. Are these interchangeable?
2) Any experience on the changing these? Especially, how well are they glued in?

No idea if they are the same, compare the Axxxx number. Of course these should be replaced complete with the bottom case.

Is there a reason to replace it complete with the bottom case or is this your personal preference?

The reason is that everyone is selling them including the bottom and who wants to deal with fucking around to save $25 and possible mess up. 2015 models have an A1527 battery, no idea about the 2016 models. Actually Apple has fixed rates to replace the batteries on these too, 209 euro.

Ok thanks Duke. Last question: does Apple replace batteries when there are clear signs of liquid damage?

Sure, it is out of warranty though and no warranty will be given.
