ASD EFI passed everything but wont run memory test.

dead rams? can it be bios ?

i've already tried out of the case without airport card, ssd, trackpad etc..

You can swap BIOSes on these without issue. If you want to play the Ebay garbage roulette then that is up to you, I wouldn't on a 7! year old machine.

i received the ebay board but have no trackpad/keyboard.

ASD passed all test.

J5600
i have correct voltage on pin1 and pin10

diode mode:

pin 5 - USB_TPAD_CONN_P - 0.700 (should be 0.922)
pin 6 - USB_TPAD_CONN_N - 0.676 (good)

so dead PCH.

i've removed L5710 then run wires on USB_TPAD_CONN_P to right usb port:

USB_TPAD_CONN_P to USB_LT1_P
USB_TPAD_CONN_N to USB_LT1_N

now i have full working trackpad / keyboard, waking also work.

but when i insert a usb device into the slot, no device show up. ( i knew this will likely to happen )

is it possible connect to a hub (like BT Hub) so i can get back the right usb port working?

solution tested working, i'll make it nicer later.

yeah fuk BT, who will use it on a vintage MBA.

is it ok to connect USB_TPAD_CONN_P to USB_BT_P and USB_TPAD_CONN_N to USB_BT_N test points?

it doesnt have inductor like USB_LT1_P have "L4600" or original L5710.

that will be difficult. i think i'll just to mask out the airport card's pin with a kapton tape. i've already swapped the bios chip. will try masking out these two bt pin tomorrow. NN
