[SOLVED]820-2838-a not turning on

I have a green light on the charger no fan spining. I've checked every rail.
the only rails present are PPBUS_G3H
PP3V42_G3H
I don't have any S0,S3,S5 power rails

Check 3V S5 on L7260 first. If that is ok then disconnect the trackpad cable and short the power button pads (R5014, 5015)

Well, check around U7201, should be 3V on L7260.

checked nothin 0v PPDCIN_G3H_OR_PBUS is 16v is it ok? in the schematic it show that it has to be 18.5

On u7201 i have on en 3.4v and en1 0v

Yes, but the only one that matters would be EN2!

EN2 is 1.7v
If i have just a green light in the charger and nothing is working what i have to troubleshoot first? S0 rails? ​these are "G3Hot" (Always-Present) Rails
PPDCIN_S5_S5 16.7v
PPBUS_G3H 8.4v
PPBUS_G3H_ISNS 8.38v
PP3V42_G3H 3.42v

The S0,S3,S5 rails nothing not one of them

So EN2 is there and there is nothing on 3v3_s5. Use some brains here.....Either 3v3_S5 is shorted or U7201 is dead.
