Measure in diode mode red probe to ground and black probe to F7040, this seems to be a bad U7000.....

16.3v on pin 2 with random dips to 15.4

Check value for R7005, R7022 and R7021.... Still think it is a bad U7000...... Also, try known good magsafe....

268 ohms on r7005, 10 ohms on 7021 10 ohms on r7022

i have tried a working magsafe and still got the same dim green light on the charger a while ago but i didnt do any measurements with it, i can get it back if needed

Ok, R7005 is bad, should be 20 ohms, so ISL6259 is bad too, replace both....

This happened because of a bad charger, do not use the one that caused this again.
