I have a 2010 macbook pro with an 820-2879-b mother board and it wont turn on, I am getting a very dim green light on the charger and have traced the problem back to the acok circuit, I get all the correct voltages up to pin 1 of R7010. I get 17.09 volts on pin one but 0 on pin 2, R7010 is giving the correct resistance at 30.1k ohms, but R7011 gives .5 ohms on the board and the correct 9.3k ohms off the board, I have no idea why Im getting the wrong value when on the board. While the resistor is off I get infinite resistance between 1 and 2 as expected.

Check value for R7005, R7022 and R7021.... Still think it is a bad U7000...... Also, try known good magsafe....
