Tested on external display and image works OK.

R9676 100K on pin 1 got 3.3V, on pin 2 got 0V (short to ground when turned on).

Q9607 pin 2 got 3.3V so in N channel mosfet when G is higher than S (higher than 0V as S is ground) is should be open?

LCD not recognized. Tried known good LCD assembly? Diode mode on pins 4 6 7 of LCD connector? Could also be a bad GPU, heat it up to about 100C and see if it works again.

Solved. There was no connection between J9000 pin 4 and C9010. Jumper and works fine again.
