[SOLVED]820-2936 odd KB behaviour only on internal HDD

Hi.

This is registering high on my weird-shit-ometer...

Liquid damaged board, was dead, now powering.
Changed KB connector as there was damage.

Booted from external drive all working perfectly - All keys good.
Booted from internal drive and weird shit started to happen. Enter key is registering as a character, space bar is not space bar and that's as far as I got. Anyone care to hazard a guess as to WHY the keyboard works perfectly on external drive but is all fucked up on internal drive?...

3 OS, 2 internal drives, 1 on external.
External working great.
both Internal is odd KB.
OS on 1 internal is from my wife's machine and is good.... Tested it on a caddy and no problems.

Working now. Chucked it in the UC before doing any more work on it. KB now OK but still, that was some weird shit.
