[SOLVED]820-2936 usb wont work

Got in a 2936 customer liquid damaged the rig, brought it back from dead. one of the usb ports is not working, L4615 was fried, when i have usb device plugged in L4610 has 3.42v on pin 2 and 0.10v on pin 3. could this be l4610 not working properly?

L4610 is a coil for the USB I/O, Pin 1/2 and 3/4 carry the IO.

Pin 2 and 3 have nothing directly to do with each other, so this is to be expected. Issue is probably not there but to be sure just quickly replace it from a donor as I'm not sure what else it could be. U2600 is very unlikely to die but otherwise that would be worth a try if replacing the coils doesn't work.

Yeah i meant to post back earlier, i swapped out the l4610 right after posting. this was the problem.
