First tested RAM then noticed this machine looks to have had a fall.
The machine will boot and run fine. However when tapping left side of the palm rest gently it will artifact and freeze.
My guess would be damage as result of impact, and to find whatever came slightly unstuck.
Any ideas on where to start please?
