PPBUS_S5_HS_COMPUTING_ISNS = 0.97V
PPBUS_S5_HS_OTHER_ISNS = 0.93V
PPDCIN_G3H_ISOL - 18V
PPDCIN_G3H - 18V
PP3V42_G3H - 1.27V
