[SOLVED]820-3435 TSOP error

had liquid damage, got everything working fine except ASD giving me TSOP trackpad error

tried new cable
same error
tried new socket from donor (did loose 1 pad on board, had to run wire)
same

any ideas unless i'm doing the socket wrong?

Check continuity on all pins from motherboard to trackpad........ Also try another trackpad... Voltage on pin 10, 14 and 19... Measure in diode mode on pins 16 and 17...

Only pins of interest are 16 and 17. Did you try another trackpad? All other sensors pass ASD?

i have previously tried new trackpad cable and trackpads (L2 so take it for what is worth)
i damaged pad for pin 18 SMC_LSOC_RST_L, had a jumper wire but that seems to have come loose again with all the moment
pins 16 and 17 are soldered ok

yes everything else passes ASD fine

going to find try to find another cable and trackpad again

had to run cables from J4800 to U5810 and now it seems to be good
