[SOLVED]820-4924 very laggy during boot but works fine when OS booted

Hi guys

Got 820-4924 board - cant find any liquid.

Its VERY laggy.
When press power button + ALT after 2 minutes of waiting (during that time there was backlight on LCD and trackpad was clickable) I see available drives.
A few seconds lag when move finger on trackpad or press any key on keyboard.

Did ASD and got SD card issue VDC001 - is that the reason of lag?

Tested with new keyboard/trackpad/trackpad cable and same issue.

After system is booted all works fine for most of the time. It freeze just once and when was frozen trackpad was not clickable.

Any idea?

VDC001 is card reader issue. Card reader may be messing with the USB bus. Try another IO board and/or flat cable. See if card reader is working in OSX too.
