i switch the ssd with another macboook and goes well .. any idea ? ty

Check verbose mode. Run EFI ASD, check for liquid.
Actually this is also very common on ones where the BIOS was messed with.

ya, i think the problem is the bios .... this board come to us already someone move the bios.. have flux in the bios... who i resolve this problem ?

Save the original dump just to be sure. Best thing would be to get the original file from the idiot that messed with it!
If you use my file you must do an EFI flash. Installing a fresh copy of 10.11 usually does that, but you can also force flash it.

what do i do was download your file and i asked a friend programmer bios EZP2010, and program with your file .. when you say update EFI means clean ME regions? or enough install osx 10.11.1 to be ok?

Intall 10.11 and see if it does the update after first boot. Check if EFI version is the latest as listed in the EFI updates list by Apple.
