[SOLVED]MacBook Pro Works, No Fan!

I got an A1502 in that had a fan flex cable with a break in it. Simple enough repair, order a new fan, etc. Still no fan on power up however fan works in another MacBook. After testing the fan socket there is no data coming from SMC_FAN_RT_PWM.

Voltage Readings:

Pin 1: 5.01 V
Pin 2: 0.004 V
Pin 3: 0 V
Pin 4: 3.34 V
Pin 5: 0 V

R6061 is 99.9 K Ohm

Q6060 has 3.30 V on Pin 1, 0.004 V on Pin 2, 0.004 V Pin 3.

Possibly an SMC issue?

Could be the SMC yes, especially since there is 5V running next to the signal

Not sure if this model only activated the fan after it reached a certain temprature though, Checked with ASD?

I have not run ASD on it, I have it propped up with a fan blowing on it to keep cool. Will this model A1502 EMC 2835 work with ASD 3S155?

It would help if we knew what board number this was.

2015 models with 4924 boards the fan only starts when the system gets hot.
