[SOLVED]received a new Dell motherboard. how do i write Windows key to BIOS?

i can write service tag via Bios, but how do i write Windows key, i dont really want to use TL866 for this job, is there a software tool like the "Blank Board Serializer for mac " that i can use on windows?
