Staingate fix?

Staingate fix? Somebody tried to fix that? I tried several solution but it took me about 90-120 minutos. Is there easier way?

If less than 4 years old take it to Apple for free repair. If older than 4 years I don't bother or just replace the assembly if the customer really insists.
