Are you buying them all from the same source? Dear god I hope you aren't buying boards on eBay. If you are, then there's your answer. Probably all have bad CPUs.
I've noticed that the 3476/3536 boards (along with the 00164/165 boards) seem to be more "fragile" when it comes to liquid...they seem to die with even a moderate amount of liquid damage in the wrong spot. Definitely not as robust as the non-retina boards. I don't know what it is about the design or characteristics of the CPUs, but they seem to have a lot higher rate of CPU failure than previous models.
