    hey
    it's a macbook pro 15 a1286 with a new battrery.
When I plugged in the power adapter it lights green but it does not charge. no orange light.
Just to add this. I tried to reset SMC with no luck.

    thanks you

Bad SMC or ISL6259. Could be battery indicator light too, so disconnect that first. Also check PPBUS voltage, it will probably be 12.3 instead of 12.6V

Pin 10 and 11 should never exceed 3.42v. Either you're measuring the wrong pin, or the ISL exploded and sent 16v to the SMC. When it does this it is usually dead and the machine is not turning on. Either way, what is PPBUS_G3H voltage to answer duke's question?

Again, bad U7000 or SMC or both. Disconnect battery indicator and if that does not help replace U7000 first and if that still not help then replace the SMC.
