820-00045: No booting up. Missing PP3V3_S4 and PP5V_S0

Hello, working on a no boot 820-00045. Here are the measurements taken so far

PPBUS_G3H: 8.6v
PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3H: 14.7v
PPBUS_S5_HS_COMPUTING_ISNS: 8.6v
PPVBUS_E85: 14.7v
PPDCIN_G3H: 14.7v
PP3V3_G3H: 3.3v
PP3V3R3V0_AON: 3.23v
PPVRTC_G3H: 3.3v
PP5V_G3H_LDO: 4.99v
PP5V_S4: 5.019v
PP5V_S0: 0v

PP3V3_S5: 3.3v
PP3V3_SUS: 3.3v
PP3V3_S4: 0v

Measured PM_SLP_S5_L to be 0v

I'm wondering how you get S4 voltages if PM_SLP_S5_L is low...
Are you sure about these values?

However 3V3_S4 and 5V_S4 should be present at same time.
PM_SLP_S5_L is table at 0V?
Check if pulses at least when you trigger SMC_ONOFF_L.

I rechecked both 3v3_S4 and 5V_S4 and only the 5V_S4 is present and stable.
PM_SLP_S5_L is stable at 0v.

Used oscilloscope and check the 3v3_s4 and it did pulse once up to 3v approx for about a second before it dropped out. PM_SLP_S5_L also pulses to 3v approx and drops to ov.

Resistance to ground for 3v3_S4: stabilized to 70K approximately (reading was unstable at first, like i was measuring a capacitive circuit in resistance mode. In diode mode, i'm get 0.766).

Possibly bad U7600; 5V_S4 should drop at same moment as PM_SLP_S5_L.
Check if all PM_SLP_Sx_L signals pulse, once at least.
If yes, check if corresponding Sx voltages pulse too.
