this one is really weird. after i replaced the hard drive every time i reset the computer the password is not accepted anymore. even if i reset the password in terminal the password isn't accepted. i have to reinstall the os it works until i turn the computer off. after that password doesn't work anymore.

Is that EFI password, or OSX login?

Try these steps...
1. Take out disk and wipe it.
2. Remove BIOS chip and reflash it with clean one (NO password).
3. Reinstall BIOS chip and blank disk.
4. Turn on and do PRAM reset immediately!!!
5. Reinstall clean OSX.
