820-2915, & 820-2914 both do not detect WI-FI Card

hey guys, please if anyone can help, i have 2 logic boards, 1 - 820-2915, 1 - 820-2914, they both have no liquid damage, never been repaired, only problem is they do not read wifi, does not detect WI-FI, any ideas where i should start

i have already tried new known wifi cards,

No hardware installed, or which error you get?
Check first U3450 and L3404.
Post U3440 voltages.
Does bluetooth work?
Also check L3401/70/71/73/74.
