820-4924: Stuck on apple log

Any suggestion on this issue having me stumped.

Boots up to apple logo and gets stuck on the logo, no progress bar. After powering it down by holding power button, it refuses to start till i performed SMC reset. AHT hangs ones it starts up the fan.

Reflashed bios and also cleaned the ME region. still having the same boot issue. Also replaced the chip (U6100), with the same boot issue. I've inspected the board for corrosion, found none.

Remove internal SSD and try to boot through USB.
Any history available?
