820-3115 blinking green light

Have a 820-3115 with a strange issue of not powering up from apple a/c adapter but powers up fine each time with programmable power supply.

Original problem was F4260 was blown from minor liquid damage on dc jack, replaced both and boots fine each time on programmable power supply but green light just blinks with no fan spin when using a normal charger.

What could cause this?? I have tried multiple dc jacks as well.

PPBUS_G3H voltage with charger connected? Verify the area around U7000 for possible liquid contact and verify current sensing resistors on that area!

Original charger detects leakage and do not power up the board.
Usually Q7085 issue.
Post exact value for R7085/86 and R7080/81, measured onboard (ohm scale).

Solved. Replaced Q7080 Q7085 R7080 and R7086
