820-3330-B stuck on apple logo, very slow

i have 820-3330-B, stuck on apple logo and can't boot on ADS OS, but it works on EFI.
all sensors is ok
if it goes into the system, it is very slow

Have you tried a new HDD? This sounds like you are describing a dying spindle HDD.....

Try booting a known good SSD and see what result it yields.

yes i tried SSD, and boot from external USB the same

Try different PC3-12800S RAM, also have you try disconnect every internal connector but apart from LVDS, trackpad and keyboard to see if will boot on external USD?
