In the past I did a reflow to the RAM chips on a MacBook Air, it worked but it came back after about 2 weeks, should I try the same here or what is the standard procedure?

Whats the history of the machine ? Liquid damage ? its very uncommon to have that on the 2015 15 inch :: Tha MacBook Air you did a reflow I suppose was a 2011, which was most likely the PCH and the reason why it came back .. Please confirm you have 1.5V Supply for the RAM

Check for voltage to RAM as mentioned. If voltage is present, reflow RAM and pray. If RAM doesn't fix it, bad CPU, bad internal trace etc and waste of time.

No liquid damage, looks clean, when I first turned it on it did boot but shortly after it started beeping and that is why the customer brought it in.

Yes the other Air was a 2011 model one.

RAM voltage was there, so I went for the reflow, now the machine does not turn on, all power rails are there, not sure why it is not starting up.

The heat applied on the board affected CPU, or PCH.
Even some broken trace, which made intermitently contact before.
This is hopeless project...
