"reaching pp3v42"
Who?
I don't really understand what you mean...

Check all 4.7uF (C6990-97) placed after D6905 and U6990.
Now D6905 is probably shorted too.

C6991 is shorted to ground. I detached the CAP. the short is still there inside the board it seems under the pad... How do I go about to solve that issue? drill a hole in the board through it?

(pp3v42.. forget that, i was just mumbling.)

Dig a bit in the board, until short is gone.
You can also try to cut off the trace and bypass "on air" that point, if needed.

hi 2informaticos, sorry late reply, was busy with my other businesses..

I dig the bottom, there is no continuity now.. But the resistor 10 ohm, still exploded after putting a new one... So strange. what could cause that to happen.. ? The trace is inside the board to the other side.. wont be possible to cut off the trace, unless u have a great idea how to?

I could add jumpers from that cap to the other points its should connect to and see what happens. What do u suggest?

You can discard one cap.
Be sure to have continuity for all others and no short, or low value to ground.
