820-00165 No camera detected

Hello. So I have on the bench an 820-00165 board that came in because the camera is not being recognized. I tried a known good test screen with another camera but it still says the same thing. I measured for PP1V2_CAM, PP1V35_CAM and PP1V8_CAM and they all seem to be present. I am also getting the I2C voltages at the camera connector. I will say this board has been worked on previously by someone else. the edge bonding is gone from SMC, and J6100 is removed. Any advice would be appreciated. The customer is insistent on having a camera.

Check L4007/09 first.
Also check data lines in diode mode to ground.

L4007/09 Check ok, and I got .415V in diode mode to pins 5 & 6 of camera connector.

Possibly BIOS messed up.
Try FULL new BIOS, clean ME.
You should find some link on the forum.
If not, upload your backup somewhere.
Check if serial number from back cover is the same reported by OSX.
