I have water damage 820-3332 i found out that XW7805 but i can't find what exactly is that component on schematics usually have part number but not on this on im assuming is diode?

820-3332 Bad XW7805 can i get similar part from another board ?

XW7805 is just an internal jumper. What is wrong with this board, what is it doing?

I have orange light but doesn't turn on i've started measuring all power rails and PP1V5_S3RS0_FET_ISNS was missing so on XW7805 in pin one i measured 1.5 v on the other side was 0.001 so i think that's my problem. What's your opinion ?
