[SOLVED]820-00165 not turning on

Hi.

History
Liquid damage, nothing major.
Removed J6100, replaced everything around U7090, replaced everything around U5110.

Board powered on, removed MagSafe, plugged back the MagSafe, no S4 no power on.
With no IO cable plugged to J9500 board will power with S4 rails, CPU gets hot, blah.
Tried new flex IO and IO board.


Rails
PPBUS_G3H = 8.2 (this should be 8.6 right?.. Only have 820-3437 for reference)
3V42 = 3V42
3V3_S5 = 3V3
PP5V_S5 = 5V
PPVRTC = 3V3
S4_PWR_EN = 0V

Is PM_DSW_PWRGD present? This comes from the SMC.Also PPBUS_G3H should be 8.4-8.5v, 8.1-8.2v is indicative of SMC being fucked or the data line between the SMC and the ISL6259 being bad.

I don't get the blah part, is this only turning on without the I/O cable plugged in?

Replaced the SMC.... All good now.....

Funny, the very next machine I opened up showed the exact same 8.2V PPBUS__G3H, which turned out to be SMC_RESET_L.
