820-00850-A no power

I have an A1989 820-00850-A with no power.
as soon as i plug in the cable to the other mac is says DFU and when i try to restore i get era see photo

It has only 5V on ampmeter.

does not turn on!

i got it to finish DFU now i get 19.4v 2.08A no boot or fan spin

What did you do to finish the DFU? I'm having trouble using DFU too and getting exactly the same error...

did your board have water damage if so start there
I cleaned it and heated up some to help with the cleaning if all your CD3215 HAVE THE WRITE VOLTAGES KEEP TRYING
IF YOU have to use a other board to charge your battery
