820-3662 ALL power rails no post

Hi, got a 820-3662 with all power rails and no post. No liquid damage. looks to have had long screw damage to the lower two of the CPU screw standoffs, but the pads are still intact with no visible damage from the screw.
SPI rom reflashed with a clean ME bios, no difference in behaviour.
No chime, No display enable.ect (checked with multiple screens)

thought so. i had a 2915 long screw around the PCH the other day.
Completely ruined.
